BCB offers conditioned amnesty for ICL cricketers

Bangladesh cricket board(BCB) has declared general amnesty to the rival ICL players. Some conditions are applied, they should cancel all relation with ICL before 15th june. After 15th june they can participate domestic leagues and they will be considered for national team after December.
In September last year, the BCB imposed 10-year bans on 14 players, including former national captain Habibul Bashar and several promising test players.
Bangladesh's players joined the Dhaka Warriors team in the ICL — a Twenty20 league that is not internationally recognized because it runs rivals the officially sanctioned Indian Premier League.
